Absolutely. Your product warranty covers the materials (glass and vinyl) and is held directly by the manufacturer, Advanced Windows, a staple in the Illinois industry for decades. Even in the unlikely event that we aren't around, your windows are fully covered by the factory.
You call us first! We handle the service. If a part is needed, we coordinate directly with the factory so you don't have to sit on hold with a 1-800 number.
Yes. If you decide to sell your home, the warranty transfers to the new owner. This is a great selling point that adds value to your property.
