Approval:
Approving an estimate does NOT mean a purchase. It only schedules a measurement and consultation visit.

Measurement Visit:
A free measurement visit will confirm sizes, scope, and final pricing.

Custom Orders:
All windows and doors are custom-made and cannot be canceled after ordering.

Installation Timeline:
Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks but may vary depending on manufacturer and availability.

Payments:
A deposit is required before ordering materials. Final payment is due upon completion.

Limitation:
We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
