Frequently Asked Questions

How long does installation take? +
Most entry door installations take a few hours. In homes with sidelites or custom trim, it may take longer — but we always finish the same day.
Do you remove and haul away my old door? +
Yes. We remove the old door, dispose of it properly, and clean the work area — no hassle for you.
Can I keep my existing frame? +
For best fit and insulation, we usually install a complete pre-hung ProVia system. In rare cases we can reuse an existing frame if it’s in excellent condition.
What warranties are included? +
ProVia provides a factory product warranty. We add our own installation warranty, so you’re covered on both product and workmanship.
Do ProVia doors help with energy efficiency? +
Yes — ProVia doors are engineered with insulated cores, quality weatherstripping, and tight seals to reduce drafts and improve comfort year-round.
